The room here is well-kept and modern with a cozy bed, fresh fruits, and towels, in a great location close to everything.

The hotel is at the center and has a nice design
the hotel staff was not helpfull enough. we had an emergency and had to come back home but they charged us anyway.I have travelled 20 countries and stayed in different types of hotels. I have enough travel experience to know that charging us although we are not staying there is up to their initiative. So they preferred not helping us. They are not just unhelpful but slow in service means. The food is poor. The worst location in Koh Sanui for swimming because there is human made lagoon in front of the hotel. The sea in Thailand is already very warm. With this lagoon it is impossible to swim in front of this hotel. the sea is warmer than the weather which is about 40 celcius degree. the beach is very crowded and millions of street sellers

Nice relax-resort with good breakfast. Nicely designed rooms modern/Thai style. Free internetcomputers at the lobby (witch is HOT, because their is no aircon there). Very friendly staff and very good service at the pool/beach-bar! Very good location in the middel of Chaweng. The shower was "broken" when we got there but it was fixed 1 hour after I told the staff so it was no big deal to us.
The beach is very shallow in front of the hotel so the ocean is quite warm especially when low tide.

We thought the design of the hotel itself was very pleasant and the pool area attractive. The breakfast was nicely cooked with a good selection. The pool, although small, was very refreshing.
We unfortunately had problems with our air conditioning in the room which made the room very very cold. We didn't like the design of the bathroom area, especially the open plan shower and toilet areas. The little steps down in the bathroom area we found to be quite dangerous too, especially when going to the bathroom at night. The lack of space for lounging around the pool area was disappointing - felt very cramped. We were extremely disappointed in the beach area as the lagoon was very muddy in places and the water seemed quite stagnant on the approach to the sea.

Location was right in the centre of things but yet there was no noise at night time. Staff were extremely helpful

The location is excellent, just a short distance from a popular boxing stadium, making it a convenient spot to stay at.

The location is excellent, right on Chaweng Beach
I would have been happier if more attention had been given to cleaning the bathroom

Enjoyed having a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a satellite TV in the good-sized room. The service was excellent, I had 3 nice nights here. The pool bar was excellent and the drinks were cold.

The room was divine with exquisite fittings. Very luxurious and a lovely welcoming upon check-in. Food was great. Dining on the beach with cocktails is a must!
There was no gym so couldn't workout. And if the hotel was busy then it was difficult to get a beach lounge chair

Great location, great cocktails, lovely rooms.
The food is not as good as some other five star hotels on the strip, the breakfasts were ok, but not brilliant..
